These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the VetLink website and any purchase of VetLink educational products, claim-support services, or related offerings. By visiting the site, checking an agreement box, enrolling in a program, or completing checkout, you accept these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website and do not complete a purchase.
VetLink may revise these terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this site. Changes will apply moving forward and will not retroactively alter disputes or transactions that arose before the revised version was posted.

VetLink provides education, workflow guidance, and support intended to help veterans better prepare and submit VA disability claims. VetLink is not the Department of Veterans Affairs, is not a law firm, and does not promise any particular claim result.
VetLink does not control VA decisions. Ratings, denials, awards, timelines, and claim outcomes are determined solely by the VA and related government processes.
Any service delivered by an independent medical, administrative, or documentation provider is not a VetLink Service unless VetLink expressly says so in a written agreement.
Your use of this website is conditioned on compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. Continued use of the site after terms are updated counts as acceptance of the updated version.
We may change, suspend, remove, or limit parts of the site, its content, or its features at any time.
When you complete checkout, select a payment option, or check a required agreement box, you are making a binding legal commitment. Your electronic acceptance is intended to function the same way as a written signature to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You are responsible for reviewing the terms presented during checkout before completing your order.
VetLink currently offers the following payment options:
If you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to the full purchase amount connected to that plan. These plans are installment arrangements, not month-to-month subscriptions.
Stopping a card, canceling a payment method, disputing a charge, or otherwise interrupting payment does not erase the remaining balance owed under your agreement.
If a scheduled payment is missed, delayed, reversed, or declined, VetLink may pause access to course materials, support resources, or claim-assistance services until the account is brought current.
If an account remains delinquent, VetLink may pursue lawful collection of the unpaid balance.
VetLink does not offer routine cancellations after purchase. Because customers receive access to digital training materials, educational resources, and service support, purchases are treated as final except where a specific refund right is described in these terms.
Once access to program materials or support has been provided, the transaction is not treated like a cancel-anytime subscription.
VetLink does not guarantee VA approval, a particular rating, or a specific increase. However, VetLink does offer a limited refund pathway for eligible customers who fully participate in the program and satisfy the requirements below.
If you decide to move forward with a third claim after the first two supported claims fail to reach the 10% threshold, you are choosing continued support in place of the refund option and your refund eligibility ends.
To remain eligible for refund consideration, all of the following must be true:

Any request for refund review must be submitted no later than sixty calendar days after the decision date on the VA letter connected to the second VetLink-supported claim.
Requests made after that period may be denied.
Approved refunds do not include payment processor fees, administrative handling costs, or fees tied to services supplied by independent providers, unless otherwise required by law.
Some customers may be referred to or assisted in connecting with independent providers for services such as Nexus Letters, DBQs, evaluations, or similar items. Those services are outside VetLink’s direct control.
VetLink does not promise the quality, acceptance, timing, medical judgment, or usefulness of work produced by outside providers. Those services are not covered by VetLink’s refund or guarantee terms unless a separate written agreement explicitly says otherwise.
Any dispute arising solely from an outside provider’s work must be handled with that provider, not with VetLink.
If you choose to continue beyond the standard two-claim refund structure, VetLink may offer additional support at a separate reduced extension rate. Any such extension is optional, governed by the terms presented at that time, and treated as non-refundable unless law requires otherwise.
By using the site or purchasing services, you consent to receive service-related communications from VetLink by phone, email, and text message using the contact details you provide. These messages may include scheduling, program updates, support reminders, and account-related notices.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. You may opt out of marketing texts, but if you block all communication methods, VetLink may be unable to provide the purchased service.
It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current and to respond within a reasonable time when VetLink needs information to continue your support.
If VetLink is unable to reach you for Sixty consecutive days during active service efforts because you do not respond, block contact channels, or otherwise become unreachable, VetLink may suspend assistance, remove access, and treat that lack of participation as a failure to satisfy refund conditions.
All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, layout, downloads, videos, training materials, and related resources, is owned by VetLink or used with permission.
You may use site materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, republish, resell, distribute, alter, reproduce, or exploit site content or program materials without written permission.
You may not use the site in a way that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, disruptive, or harmful to other users or to VetLink. This includes introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, harvesting user information, spamming, posting infringing content, or interfering with the site’s normal operation.
If you submit comments, messages, or content through public areas of the website, you are responsible for what you submit. You must not upload or share material that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, or infringing on another person’s rights.
VetLink may remove user content at its discretion.
VetLink may use standard website security measures, but no online platform can be guaranteed fully secure or uninterrupted. You use the site at your own risk.
VetLink does not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or free from harmful code.

Any provisions that by nature should continue after termination — including payment obligations, intellectual property protections, liability limits, dispute terms, and refund limitations — will survive termination.
Except where federal law controls, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without applying conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to your use of the website, your purchase, or these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where applicable law does not allow arbitration of a specific claim.
By agreeing to these terms, both you and VetLink waive the right to a jury trial.
Arbitration will be conducted under applicable American Arbitration Association rules or a substantially similar process, and will take place in California unless the law requires a different forum.
You agree to bring claims only on an individual basis. Claims may not be brought as a class action, collective action, coordinated proceeding, representative action, or similar multi-party case unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. If VetLink does not enforce a provision right away, that does not mean VetLink has waived that provision. VetLink may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under these terms where allowed by law.
These terms control over inconsistent statements elsewhere on the site unless a separate written agreement specifically overrides them.
